This is an industrial building designed to house over 15,000 square feet of a steel fabrication shop.  In addition, the building houses 10,000 square feet of administrative office space.  The final design was a fusion of design elements for office buildings and a metal shop.  The resulting design incorporated materials and colors that would suit both an office building and an industrial building.
